DNA is a volunteer-driven organization. A governing board of directors and standing volunteer committees make up our fundamental organizational structure. Volunteers are coordinated and supported by paid staff. This structure not only divides the workload and clearly delineates responsibilities, but also builds consensus and cooperation among the various stakeholders within the community.
